Ordering
Most major credit cards are accepted. Sales tax is added only for for shipments within California. Orders are placed by phone or email.
Warranty
Because of the nature of cast glass, variations in sizes, textures, and patterns may exist, and do not constitute defects.
Neither DecraGlass nor the manufacturer is responsible for any injuries or property damage which may result from handling of the glass, whether broken or not.
No warranty exists for glass breakage, and no other warranties are express or implied regarding the suitability or fitness for any particular purpose.
Care and Maintenance
Although glassware is dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing using mild dishsoap and non-abrasive sponge, cloth, or plastic brushes.
Cutting directly on the glass can cause scratches or breakage. Use care when using sharp utensils.
Due to the uneven surfaces of cast glass, we recommend you use adequate padding between pieces when stacking.
Returns
DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PACKAGE WITH OBVIOUS DAMAGE!!
Glassware may returned within ten (10) days of receipt if defective, or if product not as represented. Return authorization (RMA) MUST be obtained in writing (email).
Refunds or replacements will be provided upon receipt for valid claims. Customer must return item in original packaging - return freight will be reimbursed for valid claims.
We must receive returns within ten (10) days of the date of issue of the RMA.
